Lucy

Lead Practitioner, Setting Manager, Lead SENco

Lucy works closely with the Chairperson and is responsible for implementing the policy’s as set by the groups committee, maintaining the day to day administration of the setting, overseeing all the other staff and ensuring they maintain the groups high standards, arranging staff training as necessary, attending meetings with outside agencies as may be required, overseeing session planning, behaviour management and First Aid

Lucy is also responsible for the day to day operation of the setting’s Special Educational Needs or Inclusion Policy to ensure that children with Special Educational Needs are fully included into the early years setting.

Qualifications

NVQ level 3 ( diploma in pre school practise) NVQ level 4 Care management, First aid

Sarah

Deputy Manager / Senco Support

Deputising for Lucy in her absence, Key Worker, Planning, Waiting list, Photographer & First Aid.

Qualifications

 

Sarah has level 3 cache in children’s learning and development.

Thomas training, First aid, Safeguarding and behaviour management.
