Covid-19 has had a devastating effect on our finances, with loss of income during closure and the difficulties in holding our own fundraising events. We have been fortunate in the past to receive a grant from Children in Need which has continued to support us and allow us to run our special needs group, offering individual support to local children. This grant ended in August 2020. Children in Need have reopened their applications for funding so we will be re-applying and are hoping to be successful again. All of this has had a significant impact on our group and the children and families who access our very special and unique service.
