Setting Manager, Lead SENco, Safe Guarding Lead Practitioner.
Lucy overseas all the other staff ensuring they maintain the groups high standards, arranging staff training as necessary, attending
meetings with outside agencies as may be required, overseeing session planning,
behaviour management and First Aid
Lucy is also
responsible for the day to day operation of the setting’s Special Educational
Needs ensuring that children with Special Educational
Needs are fully included into the early years setting.

Ellie has a level 3 in childcare and is currently studying for her level 5 in early years leadership and management.

Ellie enjoys spending time with her own little one when she’s not working.
